A | (ECNS) -- A multimodal express freight train loaded with e-commerce goods, including daily commodities and clothing, departed from Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, for Tianjin on Wednesday, marking the launch of the first direct e-commerce multimodal express train service connecting the Yangtze River Delta to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The Yangtze River Delta is a major e-commerce hub with a massive volume of goods shipped northward. Traditional station-to-station transport has struggled to meet the rapid turnover demands of modern e-commerce. Compared to road transport, this new rail service shortens average turnover times and significantly reduces carbon emissions. By offering closed-loop management from pickup to final delivery, the service cuts operational costs for businesses and ensures highly efficient logistics. (By Intern Lin Qiaochu, Zhang Dongfang)

B | 泸定地震贡嘎山冰川群形变雷达卫星遥感监测图。成理地灾国重实验室 摄 成理地灾国重实验室利用泸定地震前2022年8月26日和震后9月7日两期欧空局Sentinel-1雷达卫星升轨强度影像基于像素偏移追踪技术(POT)计算得到了贡嘎山主峰周边冰川形变结果。形变结果显示，海螺沟冰川受此次地震影响最为明显，尤其是在前缘冰瀑布位置监测到较大范围的连续形变区，面积约2平方公里，位移量最大约30米。泸定地震海螺沟冰川冰瀑布区形变雷达卫星遥感监测图。成理地灾国重实验室 摄 此外，成理地灾国重实验室还查明石棉县草科乡附近地质灾害数量总计441处。此次无人机影像覆盖石棉县草科乡区域12.8平方公里，根据遥感解译结果，范围内共发生441处地震滑坡，总面积约为0.88平方公里，单体滑坡最大面积53441平方米。(完)
